Whop takes payments on its own checkout page, into your Whop balance.

In Whop

  1. In your business’s dashboard, open the Developer page, and create an API key. Give it the Admin role, or the permissions to manage checkouts, payments and webhooks. Copy it when Whop shows it.
  2. Note your business’s ID, which starts with biz_. It is in your dashboard’s address: whop.com/dashboard/biz_....
There is nothing else to set up in Whop: saving puts Shoply’s webhook in your business. Whop’s sandbox is a separate environment with a dashboard and keys of its own. Its keys look like live ones, and Shoply works out which kind you pasted.

In Shoply

  1. In your Shoply dashboard, open Settings, then Payment Methods.
  2. Under Add a Payment Method, find Whop and press Connect.
  3. Paste the key into API Key and the ID into Business ID.
  4. Press Test Connection to try what you pasted, then Connect App.
