Your plan is paid from your account’s balance. You top the balance up in crypto, and each payment for your plan, and each renewal, is taken from it. One balance covers every store you own. Account Settings, then Billing, shows your balance, what your next payment is and whether your balance covers it, every top-up and payment, your invoices and your billing details.

Topping up

Top Up asks how much: $15, $25, $50 or $100 with one press, or any amount from $5 to $100,000. A top-up is paid in cryptocurrency for now, and paying by card is coming. Then pick a coin: Shoply says roughly how much of it that is, or that it is under that coin’s minimum. Send exactly the amount shown to the address shown, on the network shown. Coins sent on another network are lost. The dialog updates by itself once the payment arrives, and the amount is added to your balance when the network confirms it. You can close it before then: the payment is added all the same. A payment has a time limit, shown beside it. If it runs out before anything arrives, start again for a new address. If less than the amount arrives, what arrived is added. A balance is spent on Shoply, on your plan today, and is not refunded or paid out. If your plan is overdue, a top-up that covers it pays it as soon as it arrives.

History and invoices

History lists every top-up and every payment taken from your balance, with your balance after each. Invoices has one for each top-up, as a PDF to download.

Billing details

What your invoices are made out to: a legal name, whether you are a company or an individual, a tax ID, an address and a country. They are your account’s, for every store you own. The first time, they start from your store’s business details in Settings, and saving them changes nothing in the store.
