# Quick start

> Open a store, add a product, connect a payment method and make a first sale

**1. Open a store**

Sign up at [dashboard.shoply.gg](https://dashboard.shoply.gg), with an email and password or with Google. You are asked a few things about the store: its name, its address and its currency.

The store answers at once at `your-name.myshoply.gg`. An account holds up to five stores.

**2. Add a product**

Open **Catalogue**, then **Products**, and press **Add Product**. A product needs a name and at least one **variant**: an option a buyer picks, with its own price, such as "1 month" and "1 year".

On the **Variants** tab, press **Edit** on a variant and open **Delivery**, then switch on what it sends when it is paid for. **Manage** beside a method opens its settings: for license keys, paste them in, one a line. See [how delivery works](/guides/delivery.md).

**3. Connect a way to be paid**

Open **Payment Methods** and connect one: cards, PayPal or crypto. Buyers pay you directly through the account you connect. See [payment methods](/guides/payment-methods.md).

**4. Make a test sale**

Open your store, add the product to the cart and check out. The checkout is at `checkout.shoply.gg`: the buyer gives their email, pays, and what they bought is on that page and in their inbox a moment later.

The order is under **Orders** in the dashboard, with what was delivered.
